Global Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We want you to love your purchase. However, due to the nature of our artwork, returns are subject to the following conditions:
✅ Original Artwork & Limited Editions: All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted, except in the case of damage during shipping (see Section 2).
✅ Merchandise & Prints: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging our artworks, but if your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Report the Issue: Contact us at info@pedoneart.com within 48 hours of delivery.
2️⃣ Provide Proof: Send clear photos of the damage or incorrect item, including the packaging.
3️⃣ Resolution: We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
3. Non-Returnable Items
🚫 Custom & Commissioned Artworks: All sales are final on bespoke pieces.
🚫 Final Sale Items: Discounted or promotional items are non-refundable.
4. Return Process
🔄 If your item is eligible for return:
- Email us at info@pedoneart.com with your order details.
- You will receive return instructions, including the return address.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Refunds
✅ Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.
✅ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
6. International Orders
🌎 Customers outside the UK/UAE are responsible for any return shipping fees and applicable duties.
